Hey y’all! Megan here! I am so glad you are here and joining me on my realtor life journey.

I’d like to go ahead and re-introduce myself because there are a number of new faces here ☺️

I am married to my college sweetheart (Texas A&M, whoop!) and he happens to be a firefighter and my best friend, too.

We also have the 2 best pups 🐶🐶

I am a real estate agent in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex where I was born and raised. I get to help families navigate the move-up process and find their forever home.

What I love about being in real estate is the thrill of the chase. It’s helping my clients find the home that checks the boxes. It’s guiding them to a home that feels special, unique, simply one of a kind, one that was made JUST FOR THEM.

💕 February is not just for lovers, it’s also a prime time for home maintenance!

Here are 5 home maintenance tips for the month of February!

FIRST! Save this for later! And share with a friend ▶️

1. Safeguard your home by removing lint from your dryer vents. This not only prevents fire hazards but improves efficiency too!

2. Check your plumbing for leaks under sinks, around toilets, and in the basement. February is a great time to fix these problems before spring arrives.

3. Lawn equipment also needs February love! Conduct maintenance checks and tune-ups now, so you’re ready when spring comes knocking.

4. Prune your trees and bushes before the spring growth season begins.

5. Lastly, inspect your home’s exterior for any peeling or chipped paint and plan for touch-ups.
