Good evening! I’m currently looking for a rental that has a minimum of 4beds 2 baths no HOA in the DFW metro. I have a housing community for vets getting acclimated to the world again. I provide housing for them until they complete the all the work necessary to get back on their feet. I am looking for a long term lease 3-5 years. This will provide steady income for the homeowner every month. Also, I would need the business as the lease holder. We will ensure the property is kept up ie landscaping, minor repairs if needed and have the property deep cleaned weekly. I am willing to pay above market rent to secure the property. If you have an owner who is willing to support the cause, no upkeep and steady rents for the next few years…. Please let me know.
