Time to celebrate a wonderful couple that listed their Magnolia, TX lot with me (didn’t know I could help you buy and sell land 🌲, didya 😜)!

Excited to share some Home Hype Woman business achievements with y’all today… 🎉🏡🔑

I’ve earned recognition as one of the Top 300 agents in the North Houston area for individual sales in 2023! 🍾
This puts me in the Top 2.5% of all licensed agents in the area, and together, our exclusive group will achieve 90% of all sales volume.

Additionally, a few weeks ago my office celebrated 2023 with an awards ceremony to recognize our milestones. I was named a silver earner for last year, landing in the top 15% of individual agents.

To achieve these accolades in the earlier part my career is a testament to the hard work I’ve put in and the massive amount of fun while doing it, and *of course* my clients! 🥳🥂

I’m so grateful to my clients and their trust to have me in their corner through their home buying and selling experience. Thank you to those who have referred me friends and family as well. I’m so appreciative of your support!
2024 is looking like it’ll be another one for the books, and I can’t wait to see the journeys on which my clients take me.

It’s been *quite* the year, y’all! I’ve been really lucky to help so may families on their home journeys, and while I’ve shared a few, I want to ring out the end of 2023 by sharing some more of my client’s closings I have yet to share with y’all this year! Starting with an October closing first: The Colson Family!

It was so great to help these newlyweds. They and their family have become wonderful friends, and I’m so grateful for them. It was a family afair as well - their lenders were the ever fantastic, Tim Colson & Caleb Robinson (aka their father/father-in-law). So fun!!
I LOVE when clients are down for an adventurous closing photo moment, too! 😆🥳🎉

The Colsons also were kind enough to crochet me the amazing blanket you'll see in the video in the comments. What they *didn’t* know was that I had recently found out I was pregnant, and getting this as a gift felt like the universe’s wink at Logan's and my journey ahead. 🥰

What a wonderful addition to October helping them find their first home was! 🏠🔑 Thank you for trusting me to be an advocate in your corner - Cheers to your 2023!

New Home Math: If you sell your house in December and buy a new home right away, you don't make your first payment on your new house until February. So really you're saving thousands of dollars in January. 🤩

Ummm…makes sense to me! 😝

All jokes aside, a lot of buyers/sellers don't know this: when you sell your house and buy your next one, you get to move in, unpack, and start enjoying your new place before you ever make your first payment!

Think of it like a holiday layaway - you enjoy the presents first and pay for them later 🎅🎁

It's not until the NEXT month when you would make your first mortgage payment! 🎉

Of course the month of January isn't actually free, but you do have a little more time before your first payment is due than most people realize!

New home math...even better than girl math, right?! 👩‍🏫
