Right before Christmas we made this come together!! I’m not new to this, but it’s New Look to some of my Social Media Friends. I’ve been in the Mortgage Business since 1999 and have a passion for helping families with mortgage and real estate investing. I normally don’t post closings anymore but this one is special. As you know I wholesale real estate and this time instead of an investor buying & flipping, we able to pay off a reverse mortgage and keep the house in the family. Thank you to my Realtor Partner Kisha Thompson for trusting myself and Neighborhood Loans to get this closed. Cheers to New Homeowners and a family that keeps the Legacy going.
