✨ WE ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSED & FUNDED ✨

This deal was special to me, not because it was just another one of my listings, but because I had the privilege of helping a friend sell his very first home. 🥹🤗

The truth is this sale wasn’t an easy one. The market wasn’t on our side… buyers were scarce, prices were dropping in the neighborhood consistently, and most sellers were offering over $10k+ in concessions just to get deals done. On top of that tenants made showings difficult for my client so we had to wait.

Instead of pulling this home off the market like most agents would’ve done, I went to work. Once the tenants were out, I held open houses constantly which is very important to do in this market. I spent hours calling, emailing, texting, reverse prospecting to thousands of agents. I made sure this home, the most updated one in the neighborhood and also the highest listed, got the attention it deserved.

All the behind the scenes effort paid off. I was able to negotiate and secure a strong deal for my client, while minimizing concessions. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
