Here are a few common ones:

❌ You need 20% down to buy a home – Nope! Many buyers qualify with much less. FHA loans start as low as 3.5%!

❌ You don’t need an agent to buy or sell – Technically true, but a good agent can save you time, money, and a lot of stress!

❌ You should always pick the lowest mortgage rate – A low rate is great, but closing costs, loan terms, and lender fees matter too!
