I used to keep my spices in my pantry but a few months ago I changed it up. And I love it! I don’t know why I didn’t have it here all along? Just because something is where it is, doesn’t mean it should stay! Look at your home and how you use it with curiosity and good things will flow from that.

Do you have any unsightly non functional equipment on your walls? Here’s a fun little hack for hiding them.

A box frame that goes over them while adding charm and character. I took a piece of linen and my idea for this embroidery project to my local shop and viola- $50 later this charming fella has resided here ever since and the defunct alarm system is still chilling behind.

Kale Lemon Fennel Salad

Kale stem removed and chopped small
1/4 head finely sliced fennel
1/4 c toasted and chopped pecans
1/4 green apple
1/4 c finely shaved Parmesan
1/2 lemon
1/4 olive oil
1/8 c Baker and Olive Peach Balsamic
1 tsp good sea salt
