August 2019 study from Collateral Analytics shows Ibuyers, (Opendoor, Offerpad, Zillow Offers, Perch) are 15% lower than sales through traditional agents. The real question is how much is the convenience of no showings, no repairs, certain close date, fast close, etc worth? 10% in Collin county Texas is approx $30,000.
