So thankful the rain held off tonight! 🌤️

903 Sunsets was such a great evening filled with good music, good people, and everything that makes Northeast Texas special.

We started the night with an amazing dinner at 107, then found a spot in the shade to enjoy Mark Chesnutt, Stoney Musgrove, and Callie Crawford. We also loved spending time with our friends from Rocket Raceway Park and Riley Barnes Racing.

There’s just something about a summer night, live music, local businesses, and a community that shows up to support one another. Grateful to call this place home. ❤️

There is nothing quite like helping a first-time buyer find the one.

We recently had the joy of helping this sweet couple through the process as he purchased his very first home, and this one was good. Really good.

The kind of home you walk into and immediately think, “Oh yes. This is the one.”

Honestly, if he had not bought it, we may have had to seriously consider it ourselves. It was that good.

Buying your first home is a big decision, and it comes with a lot of questions, nerves, excitement, and moving pieces. We loved getting to help him make confident decisions, walk through the details, and watch everything come together.
