Just like with your first heartbreak...

Sometimes it takes a while to let go.

😅It was an uphill battle with lots of unexpected obstacles, but we were finally able to complete the rehab phase and eventually list this property.

It may have taken a while , but in due time, it was sold.

And now, it’s time to gather all that we learned and move on to the next one.

No one forgets their first love ...

Just like no real estate investor forgets their first deal.

We learned more through the experience and actually going through the multiple phases of the deal than we could have from reading a plethora of investing books.

It may not have all gone according to plan but we avoided the “analysis paralysis” and THAT is a great accomplishment within itself!
