The median sales price came in at $434,500, showing continued strength in home values. Closed sales reached 122 for the month, signaling increased buyer activity as we move into a more active season. At the same time, days on market dropped to 49, meaning homes are beginning to move more quickly.

We are seeing the early stages of the spring market take shape. Buyers are re-engaging, and well-positioned homes are starting to move with more consistency. This creates a strong opportunity for sellers, while still giving buyers time to be thoughtful and strategic before competition intensifies further.
