Good morning, friends and followers!
I haven’t posted on here in a while, because I’ve been too busy actually selling real estate, to post random social media Items.
Folks are always asking me about the real estate market in Northeast Texas. The thing is, is that people will *always* need to live somewhere. It’s not like the demand is going to go away.
Having said that, we aren’t seeing the prices escalate as fast as we did when Covid first started, and more people were working at home. 
Here at Cedar Creek Lake, neighbors that I would see only five or six weeks out of the year, started being here year-round.
The higher demand was great for *sellers*, not so much for buyers. Prices doubled and tripled, the government was paying people to stay home, and buyers were paying higher prices.
Now, it has cooled off a bit. Prices are still way up from pre-Covid levels, but not terribly inflated.
