Just days before we were set to bring this home to market, my sellers received an offer. Great news, but we also knew there was still a lot that had to happen before we made it to the closing table. So we didn’t stop preparing.
We staged. We photographed. We continued every part of our listing preparation so that if we needed to pivot, we were ready to go. Fortunately, we never had to.
The transaction came together, my sellers closed without ever officially hitting the market, and the buyers walked away with an incredible property - more than an acre on a cul-de-sac, adjacent to the Southlake Nature Center.
A great example of why we prepare for every scenario, even the ones we hope we never need.
