John Barba began his real estate career over 30 years ago as a commercial real estate appraiser. However, John’s roots in real estate began long before he received his license in 1991 having grown up in a family of real estate investors. John started his profession career in 1990 as a commercial appraiser in the DFW area. In 1997, John entered into the world of real estate f
ranchising with HFS, which later became Realogy. He spent 10 years with Prudential Real Estate focusing on franchising, mergers & acquisition and spent several years in broker management for various Prudential affiliates including General Manager for Prudential Texas Properties in the DFW area. Manager of the Northwest office of Prudential Gary Greene and Regional Manager of BHHS Premier Properties. He continued to hone his expertise in the development of real estate companies as Team Leader and Partner in Keller Williams NW in the DFW area. For the last several years, John as worked as a consultant to several real estate brokerages and national real estate franchises and originating mortgage loans. Now, as a Sales Associate of EXP Realty, LLC, John is excited to have the opportunity to share his experience and success to help you make the best real estate decisions. Influencing Life Balance
John is a graduate of Plano East Senior High and spent his college years at The University of North Texas, John believes in giving back, and now serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations including The Zeta Omicron Education Foundation, which provides scholarships to young men attending his alma mater. Although John was born in Kansas, he spent most of his youth and business years in Texas. Pursuing his love of quarter horses, John participates, from time to time, in his family’s quarter horse business. One of which is currently attending UTD. Although golf and horses get some of his time, his favorite activity is being a great dad.
