Construction is officially underway on the new North Wing at The Shops At RedBird!

What was once the final remnant of the former Macy’s is now becoming the next chapter in the transformation of RedBird.

This project represents more than construction, it represents opportunity, investment, and a healthier future for Southern Dallas. Every beam, every wall, and every milestone brings us one step closer to delivering a destination that will serve families and our community for generations.
