Hello. Fall is in the air (I’m hopeful I know. it is 90 degrees today, but wait until the weekend). Fall is my favorite season. For me, there is something about it that signals a new season more than any other time of year. With it come new foods and special meals like Thanksgiving and Christmas; all kinds of seasonal meals. Often, farmers markets are a great place to get good quality, variety, and general inspiration for home. I’ve attached a list of local farmers markets across the DFW area. There are a lot of “Best of This…” or “Best of That…” lists out there. I know they are up for debate, but this one caught my eye! According to Niche/Livability, here are the Top 20 Best Cities To Live. It is pretty cool that the city I grew up in (Berkeley, CA) and the city I currently live in (Richardson, TX) rank in the Top 15! Actually, they are pretty similar: diverse communities, good schools, good neighborhoods, great people, great institutions of higher learning! There are lots of other great cities in the DFW area as well. As a Realtor, I have great resources for you if you want to learn about communities in DFW. I’m here to help!

Another beautiful day in New England. Today’s stop is one of my favorite towns: Ogunquit. One of the best beaches, quaint shops, and a favorite restaurant! Seems like we made a new friend with the seagull. I think he wanted food. The sky, the water, the clouds. They don’t seem real. Looks like a painting. Saw many Monarch Butterflies migrating South. What a start to their journey!
