Info from MP newsletter about missing cat and coyotes: The cat is a tuxedo cat--black and white--age, 10 yrs.--named, Jake. He lives on Lacrosse Dr.
The contact number is 214-341-6984 or 214-340-7671Additionally, coyotes have been seen recently in Highlands West just to our north so that could possibly be the culprit. Please be aware and make every effort to keep your pets safe.

The city of Dallas unveiled the first version of the 2011 Dallas Bike Plan on Thursday night.

About 200 people attended a meeting at City Hall to hear an update on the plan, which would revamp the city's network of bike paths. If adopted by the City Council, the bike plan will be rolled out over about 10 years. Here's to a more cyclist friendly Dallas! For more information go to www.dallasmorningnews.com

Using Church, Skillman, Abrams, and Walnut Hill as borders the average Days On Market (DOM) in Merriman Park North is 42 according to North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS). Not bad at all compared to many other areas in Dallas!

Not only are the Lake Highlands Wildcats out selliing their Wildcat cards (which we actually love and use regularly), but Grillmasters is also out and about in Merriman Park so if you don't want to be sold on a case of chicken, steak, or seafood you may not want to open your door!
