Due to the recent jobs report coming in way strong than expected, this has led to
higher interest rates. As mortgage rates explode in the last week, we can't always rely on good inflation numbers to help lower interest rates. If you are ready to buy, buy when it financially makes sense to you! And don't rely on changing mortgage rate numbers.
