Suzanne Jernigan has been working in various brokerages for residential real estate since she was first licensed in 1976. Derick Biggs has had a career in sales that encompassed several different industries and most recently as a sales counselor with a major home builder in North Texas. Derick joined Suzanne and

Ted in residential real estate after being licensed in 2000. Ted Jernigan, a native Dallasite, had a career in marketing, advertising and public relations with a major Fortune 500 company before being licensed and joining Suzanne in real estate in 1999. The three consistently have been recognized as top producers at Ebby Halliday. The group services the Metroplex with a concentration on Collin County. They have listed and sold residential resale, farm and ranch properties and new construction in the area since 1987. They are a part of Ebby Halliday’s CRES relocation team for inbound and outbound relocation clients. They were recognized by D Magazine as one of the magazine’s best real estate agents in the area for multiple years. Biggs & Jernigan Group bring a unique set of skills and experiences to their business. All three are familiar with construction practices in the area. Derick has helped multiple clients through the building process when he worked for a builder. Suzanne and Ted have built two homes of their own from the ground up and did an extensive remodel of their current home. Together the Biggs & Jernigan Group offer clients a unique set of skills and experiences to help them find the right resale or new construction home, or to bring the right tools together to market the home they are wanting to sell. The group has extensive local, national and international relocation experience. Suzanne and Ted relocated from Texas in the mid 1990’s, living in Taiwan and traveling all over Asia for 2 ½ years with Ted’s Fortune 500 job. Suzanne also has lived in Venezuela and Libya and Ted lived in Puerto Rico during his military service giving both extensive multi-cultural experiences. Biggs & Jernigan Group restructured itself in 2013 after Derick received his broker’s license to strategically place itself in the ever changing real estate marketplace. All three are full time, active and experienced professionals in the industry.
