A few years ago I had some kitchen towels made for my husband with some of his mom’s favorites recipes on them.
Definitely a smaller scale situation with the towels, but this mural is a great way to honor those special recipes too! 🙏

If you’ve been on more than one real estate agent FB page, you might be a little tired of reading typical real estate agent bios. Sooooo, I’d like to take a slightly different approach and simply give you real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now…
“Will You Return My Calls, Emails, Texts, etc?”
– YES!!! Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations that people have in dealing with real estate agents. I return every communication as quickly as a possibly can.
“I’ve Met Many Realtors Who Are Unprofessional, Salesy, and/or Don’t Know How To Negotiate…What Are You Like?”
Never unprofessional, that one is easy. Salesy? Nope, because I hate it when I feel like people are salesy to me too. And I define that as that feeling you get when it seems like someone is only being concerned about getting the sale (i.e., the money from the sale!) - it’s that whole “do unto others” mentality...if I don’t want someone to interact that way with me, I will not interact that way to others! Negotiations...this is an art honestly. I advocate very strongly for my clients, so I probably have ruffled a few agents’ feathers. But selling a home or helping a client buy a home can always be a win-win situation, because we’re all trying to get to the same goal – the house sold for the seller and the home bought for the buyer. It’s good for everyone when that goal is met, so I keep that in mind all along the way. I can also tell you that I’m candid, approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values, so as far as negotiating goes, I don’t let anyone mess with any of those people – I’ve got your back!

LOTS of things probably, but one of the first ones I like to share is my detailed 30-DAY MARKETING PLAN which includes…Professional Services, including a Stager who will spend hours in your home staging it & professional photography by the best Professional Photography company in Dallas.
