This might a weird thought to some, but honestly a dirty house is more than just a cleaning issue…at least in my Realtor brain. 😂🏡

One of my favorite things about Rene Diebold’s listing at 17254 Lechlade Lane? It gives you the pretty house without quite as much of the house WORK. 😂🙌

Another one officially closed! I’m an always SOOOOO thankful to have clients who trust me to help them with their house sale. 💗🌳

This market definitely keeps us on our toes 😂, but getting from listed → negotiated → inspected → SOLD is always a good feeling.
