Many people think that they can get a better deal by working directly with the builder but the truth is our commissions are already built into the total price of the home. You are only saving the builder money by not having a Realtor.

A PID allows a city or county to charge a builder to develop roads, water, sewage, sidewalks, etc. A builder can pass that cost on to buyers and you'll see it on your property taxes.
