Last week SBB donated gifts to a family in Keller and 2 families in Dallas. Senior community manager, Michelle Alvarez, set this up for us.

“Through some friends of mine, I found a facebook group called Santa’s Little Helpers.

The administrator of the group post children in the DFW area on the page whose parents applied for Christmas sponsorship. Everyone that “liked” the page can go on and select a child to sponsor for the holiday. I selected 1 little girl for the Keller office to sponsor. It was a random selection for us. This is a non profit organization and no money is exchanged.

After you select your child, the administrator will get you in contact with the parent to set up the gift exchange. What I loved about this group is we got to meet the child and see their faces light up when they saw all gifts they were getting for Christmas. It was such a blessing a cool experience.” says Michelle.
