How many barrels are you bringing to your deals?

"I see a lot of commercial brokers doing the same—marketing with one barrel. The first barrel is the real estate asset we have been employed to market. The second barrel is a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Most brokers do a really good job of underwriting the physical and financial components of the real estate. If we added the client knowledge to our real estate knowledge, we would be hunting with both barrels."

The 2021 Summer Family Meeting is a month away. These meetings are special as they foster relationships with families and help them learn a little more about what the SEC is.

It's no coincidence that two of these boys hanging out during a family meeting in the 90s where also attending at the most recent Cincinnati meeting, but this time as guest attendees in the meetings.

Family, fun, work leads to legacy.
