Before and after the remodel of our new investment property. Removed 3 different laminate floorings, all the popcorn ceilings, lights, paint. Removed low AC ducts and added a AC mini split system and got rid of "extra" ceiling fans, I'm guessing that was used too help cool the place 🤷

Also got rid of the outdated fire place on the third floor which really opened up to be a nice big flex room.

I haven't been posting on FB since the pandemic and the past two years of craziness in the real estate market. My business has been good: multiple offers above list price within the first few days. Been selling lots of new construction and it's been a challenge for buyers buying pre-owned but still getting it done.

I'm going to make more of an effort to get back into social media for work 😁

Got this one under contract within in days and just signed up a new listing and should be on the market next week.

I have 5 land deals in title. 5-11 acres in north Texas and Weatherford! It's been a crazy year; March 2020 to now. People selling and buying during Covid, pre-owned and lots of new construction and now unimproved land.
