🔑 Here are my top 7 budget-friendly gems (with median home prices):
1️⃣ Lake Highlands. Known for top-rated schools, trails, and a family-friendly vibe. Median price: ~$570K–$600K.
2️⃣ Bishop Arts District. Artsy, walkable, full of restaurants and character. Median price: ~$460K–$550K.
3️⃣ Casa View. Retro homes + renovation potential = major hidden treasure. Many homes are under $400K.
4️⃣ Oak Cliff. Historic charm, mature trees, and a strong sense of community. Median price: mid-$300Ks to low-$400Ks.
