Apparently all I need is a little more teasing, a pink blazer, and suddenly I’m selling real estate in 1987.

Here in DFW, basements are extremely rare. Instead, you may see reinforced safe rooms, garage shelters, or underground storm shelters.

And when you get out into the country, you might find one that looks just like this.

Not exactly glamorous… but definitely one of those Texas things my out-of-state buyers find fascinating.
