Tonight, we’re in a room full of the best in DFW at the 2026 ESPE Awards, hosted by DFW Real Producers 🥂

In 2012, we bought our first fixer-upper. We poured ourselves into it and made it home, and when we sold, it paid off our student loans. That’s when we learned what the right home can do for a family.

Now in 2026, we’re both honored among the top agents in North Fort Worth: Edson in the Top 250 and Paige in the Top 1,000, out of roughly 15,000 agents.

Join us in welcoming Pat to Texas! 🤠🎉 From California to Texas — nearly every step handled remotely. 🔑

Pat’s home-buying journey started 1,500 miles away, and it couldn’t have gone smoother.

It all started with a buyer consultation over the phone. Drawing on our network of new construction communities, we pointed Pat toward three that fit his needs, and Lonestar at Liberty Trails quickly became the clear choice.

We toured move-in ready inventory homes together over FaceTime, and I shot extra videos so he could review every detail on his own time. After a handful of homes, God revealed his next one. 🙏

Pat took a big step of faith and signed the purchase agreement before he had ever seen the home in person. We worked through financing options remotely, and once everything was secured, he flew in to walk the community and see his new home in Justin, TX for the first time. We then closed remotely from California, and when Pat was ready to make the move, his move-in ready home was prepped and waiting for him.

From Tennessee to Texas, and today every mile is worth it. 🔑🏡 Dallas Toon Hannah Joy Toon

This sweet family bought their first Texas home at Landmark by Hillwood sight unseen from Tennessee. Today they sign at the title company and walk through their own front door in Denton, TX, as homeowners. Theirs was the very first Tri Pointe contract at Landmark.

We’ve walked every step of this road with them. We celebrated the contract at an empty lot. We met face to face for the first time. We wrote scripture on their studs and marked their son’s height in the framing.

Those walls are finished now. But underneath the paint, every verse is still there, and today the family they were written for finally gets to come home. 🤍
