Are you a skilled phlebotomist looking for flexible, independent work in the Denton or Collin County area? OnDemand Mobile Lab is expanding and seeking reliable, experienced mobile phlebotomists to join our fast-growing, Texas-based team.

You’ll travel to patient homes and care facilities, performing essential blood draws and specimen collections in a variety of settings. Your work helps ensure timely, accurate lab results and excellent patient care.

Position Details

Job Type: 1099 Contractor (PRN & Part-Time with potential for Full-Time)
Pay: $18–$21 per hour + mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (based on lab orders)
Territory: Denton & Collin Counties — must live in one of these counties
Specimen Drop-Off: North Dallas Lab
✅ Qualifications

2+ years of phlebotomy experience (mobile or high-volume settings preferred)
Comfortable with all patient age groups and high-volume blood draws
Must have own reliable vehicle, valid Texas driver’s license, and auto insurance
Completion of a phlebotomy program and certification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Able to work independently and manage a route efficiently
2 professional references required
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and stat blood draws at patient homes and facilities
Follow daily route and ensure timely specimen collection and delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of draws, mileage, and time worked
Serve as the professional face of OnDemand Mobile Lab to patients and staff
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal teams
Address service issues or special requests from assigned facilities
Ensure all samples meet quality and testing requirements
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, or be mobile for extended periods
Must be comfortable working independently in various environments
Regular use of hands, handling supplies and equipment
Reasonable accommodations available as needed

We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Administrator to help run our warehouse efficiently and according to safety guidelines. Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.

Responsibilities

Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, labels and bills of lading off web-based services)

Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers

Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
Skills

Work experience as a Shipping & Logistics clerk or similar role
Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems

Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Good communication skills

Must be bilingual: English/Spanish

Compensation: $ 16-$18 per hour depending on experience.
