Which is why Susie Schlueter’s transition to real estate was such a natural one. Time spent in the classroom, making lesson plans and nurturing young minds equipped her to educate clients on the finer points of real estate, communicate well, manage timelines, focus on the details and more. Susie, a native Texan from Midland, also worked in the hospitality industry and regularly had side hustles to

help bring her professional dreams to pass. She is no stranger to putting in extra effort, and nowhere was that more evident than during her time at Texas Tech University where she was on the Dean’s List and President’s List, before graduating Magna Cum Laude. Susie has resided in the area for the last 10 years and looks forward to putting all connections, including her Red Raider and Zeta Tau Alpha networks, to work on behalf of her clients.
