Yesterday was a Two for Tuesday kind of day! Congrats to both my first time homeowners and sellers on their closings!

Closing 1-Represented Buyers

I met J & H back in 2020 when they toured a rental I had listed. They did not end up renting that one but I was able to help them find a different place. They shared that buying a home was the goal someday. From there, I stayed in touch by delivering them a yearly loaf of my homemade pumpkin bread, and being there when they needed help again in 2024 finding another rental.

Then in the fall of 2025, I received a message saying, “can we see this house” and I noticed it was not a rental. I was like are you guys ready to buy and they said YES we are ready! Thus the search began!
It took us a lot of touring to really figure out the neighborhood they wanted to be in plus finding the right home that had some of the non negotiable criteria. 52 homes later, we walked into the one. And the moment we stepped inside, I even knew this was it. It checked almost every box and just felt right for them.
Yesterday, they got the keys to their first home and get to begin a brand-new chapter as homeowners.

Closing 2- Represented Sellers

From a first contract that backed out, inspection hurdles, and a squirrel in the house, that’s a new one for me 😂
But through it all, they stayed patient and positive.

They had already moved to their next home a few months ago, and today we officially close the loop on this chapter. The best part? Their second baby is due today… so we were all quietly saying a few prayers that keys and signatures happened before labor 🔑🙏

✨JUST SOLD ✨ 
This one was a journey that started back in May 2024, but unexpected title issues brought everything to a halt. There was a moment when my seller felt like it was never going to happen since the issue was something he could not control.
But then…unexpectedly, the issue was resolved.

We were able to bring his home to the market, got it under contract, and today, we closed. 🤝

Though it took quite some time, it is so bittersweet to be moving on. I am so grateful to help him turn the page and excited for him to be finally enjoy his new chapter in his new home. 🏡💙
