Some women lose themselves so gradually they don’t even notice it’s happening.

Their identity becomes their job, their marriage, their kids, their responsibilities. Then one day, they find themselves asking, “What happened to me?”

The answer is simple: they spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they forgot to take care of themselves.

The workouts they used to love. The books they couldn’t put down. The creative projects that made them smile. The outdoor adventures that brought them to life. The goals, dreams, and little things that once made them feel most like themselves all got pushed to the back burner.

Don’t forget that you’re a person before you’re a role.

I’ve learned that I’m not really in the business of houses. I’m in the business of possibilities.

Every property is a chance to create something better than what was there before, and that’s the part that never gets old.

That’s what keeps me coming back for the next project. 🏡

Hello, beautiful! I have something special coming your way.

I’ll be touring a property with one of the very first women I ever taught, Danette Galvis, who has since gone on to become one of our coaches inside the WREIN Network. And I’m gonna be real transparent here - this project is a showstopper.

We’re going to record everything about this flip she’s been pouring herself into over the past year. It’s her first project adding an entire second floor, and the scale of this transformation is hard to put into words. The bones of this home are incredible, and even though the project isn’t finished yet, the progress already tells an amazing story.

Danette is the perfect example of what’s possible when education meets action. Take a listen to hear more about her journey and get a sneak peek at the property before we start dropping clips of her project! Give us a follow for more updates, share this with a friend to learn with you, and get ready to see what’s possible when someone decides to bet on themselves. ✨

Your kids are learning about money from you every single day. Not from school. Not from social media. From you.

They’re watching how you talk about work. They’re listening when you complain about being exhausted. They notice when you’re constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or worried about making ends meet. And whether we realize it or not, they’re creating beliefs about money from what they see. If the message they’re receiving is that making money means being burnt out, stuck, and constantly sacrificing your happiness, why would they ever look forward to earning it themselves?

Of course, every family goes through difficult seasons. Every parent has moments where they have to work harder, longer, and make sacrifices. But there is a difference between temporary sacrifice and accepting a life that leaves you drained year after year.

When your children see you learning new skills, taking chances, overcoming setbacks, and creating opportunities for yourself, they learn that money isn’t something to fear. They learn confidence, resilience, that growth often lives on the other side of discomfort.

The greatest lesson we teach our kids about money isn’t found in what we tell them. It’s found in what we show them. Because they’re not just listening to our words. They’re watching our lives.

I don’t want to get rich. I want to become wealthy.

Because they’re not the same thing.

Rich is having a high income. Wealthy is owning assets that generate income. One relies on the next paycheck. The other creates options, freedom, and flexibility.

There’s nothing wrong with making more money. But if all your income depends on you showing up to work tomorrow, you’ve built a job - not wealth.

The goal isn’t to look wealthy. The goal is to build something that works for you long after you’ve stopped working for it. That’s the difference.

Which one are you building: income or assets?

If you’re approaching a new decade and feeling unsure about what it means, let this be your reminder: growing older isn’t something to fear. Every year brings a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and gratitude.

The best version of you isn’t behind you. She’s still becoming.🤍

I love a good challenge.

I love taking calculated risks, doing things that scare me, and testing my limits to see just how far I can go.

And the truth is, I can't help a woman who isn't ready to do the same. Real estate investing isn't for people who want to stay comfortable. It's for people who are willing to grow into the version of themselves that can create a different future.

Some of the most meaningful things in life are also the simplest.

Having the freedom to linger a little longer at dinner. Taking the trip without second-guessing it. Being fully present with the people you love instead of constantly worrying about what’s waiting for you tomorrow.

That’s what so many people are really chasing. Not just financial success, but the peace and confidence that allows them to enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to build. 🤍

I never imagined doing half of the things I’ve done in this lifetime.

Most of them didn’t happen during my 25-year career. They happened after I left it.

The moment I became a real estate investor, my world expanded in ways I never could have predicted. The people I’ve met. The income I’ve created. The opportunities that found me. The places I’ve gone. The lives I’ve been able to impact. It’s a constant reminder that sometimes the life you’re meant for is waiting on the other side of one brave decision.

In this episode, they join Brooke and me for an honest conversation about business, success, money, faith, perseverance, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. These are the kinds of conversations every woman wishes she could be a part of.
