My heart was so full on closing day. 🏡 One of my clients told me, “Ivis, I’ve lived in apartments all my life. I didn’t even think homeownership was possible.” They were tired of spending their hard earned money on rent and ready to have something of their own.

I had the honor of guiding them through their first home buying journey step by step, and now at such a young age they are officially homeowners. I was also able to negotiate for all of their closing costs to be covered, bringing their total out of pocket to purchase this home to a little under $1,000.

So many young people and couples think homeownership isn’t possible yet because they’re “too young,” but that’s simply not the case. With the right guidance, strategy, and negotiation, it can absolutely happen.

GOLD CLUB. Multi million dollar producer. 🏆✨

Year TWO in my career.

And if you know this industry, you know very few agents reach this level this early. This is not normal. This is not luck. This is obedience, consistency, sacrifice, and showing up even when it would have been easier not to.

Last year was emotionally one of the hardest years of my life. The kind of year that could have slowed me down, distracted me, or made me shrink. But I made a decision. I was not going to let what I was walking through affect how I showed up for the families who trusted me.

My clients still got 100 percent of me. My work ethic did not change. My dedication did not waver. If anything, it sharpened me.

This award is a huge accomplishment. GOLD club producer in year two is something I do not take lightly. I am proud of the discipline. I am proud of the growth. I am proud that I stayed committed.

But above all, all glory to God. None of this is possible without Him. He carried me through seasons no one saw and still allowed me to flourish publicly. 🙏🏽

Congratulations to the Tatum family on closing day 🎉🏡

Man… I truly love what I do.

From our very first consultation, we sat down and talked about what they wanted, what mattered most to their family, what they were nervous about, and what their dream looked like. We built a plan. We walked through every step together. We asked the hard questions. We protected their investment. And today, they have a home they feel confident and proud of.
