Check out our most recent purchase in Arlington, TX. Our Sellers were out of town landlords and just wanted to get rid of their rental once and for all. Too many issues with the tenants and it was time to let it go.

We got this home under contract on April 21st and closed and funded on May 11th, 2022.
Our Seller just informed us they are extremely happy with our purchase and that they have another property they are thinking of selling soon. Super grateful we are able to help homeowners that may be in a sticky situation being an out-of-state landlord.

Come check out our most recent purchase in Dallas, TX. This was two sisters that were selling childhood home. Unfortunately, their last living parent passed away recently. Although tears were shed as they said their goodbyes, they’re happy the decision was made to sell it to us. We got it done and Sellers are happy. 😃

We got this home under contract on March 31st and Closed and Funded on April 28th, 2022.

Also, I wanted to give a shout out to, Luis, our son. He overheard a conversation at a convenient store that led me to meet one of the two sisters. He just now got a nice referral fee because he brought us the lead that eventually led to a purchase we made.

Take a look at our most recent home purchase in Arlington, TX. Two sisters needed to get their mom’s house sold who was in a nursing home. Sometimes hiccups happen where closing on a property is not as easy and hassle-free as others. But we stayed the course and completed the transaction as promised even with all the hurdles we faced.

We got this home under contract on March 24th. Yes, that’s right. I was arriving at the hospital on my son’s birthday and locking up a contract! At the end of the day, we pulled through and am extremely happy for the team of rockstars around me. We closed and funded on April 22nd, 2022.
