One of the common threads among those I most admire in my life...
They are lifelong learners.
The ones who still get genuinely lit up by a new idea — who read, explore, challenge their own assumptions, and refuse to let curiosity become a casualty of "making it."
There is no age limit for learning.
There's another group I hold in deep respect: the parents and grandparents who are quietly doing one of the most courageous things I know of: Taking full responsibility for how the next generation learns to *think.*
Many of you are homeschooling.
Some have moved their kids into private environments at real personal cost.
You've looked at the conventional system and said *this isn't enough.*
The world has changed a lot since I was riding my red apple krate around the school yard back in the 70s.
Today, education cannot be taken for granted.
Learning how to think is everything.
That's the ultimate freedom. And the most powerful inheritance you can pass on.
None knows this better than my friend Daniel Louzonis. Former Wall Street trader turned educator, and one of the most fascinating thinkers I've encountered on human potential and accelerated learning.
What if a 4-year-old could learn algebra — not as a party trick, but as a natural expression of how young minds actually work?
What if someone my age could acquire new skills in a fraction of the expected time?
What if the story we've been told about learning has massive gaps in it?
Daniel has done what many might consider impossible - first in his own family and now with many others.
This conversation was fascinating to me. There is more I want to dig into.
We covered homeschooling, accelerated learning, screens, social development, and how to raise self-driven kids prepared for the real world.
And how every one of us — at any age — can become a dramatically more capable learner.
If you're a lifelong learner, this is for you.
If you're investing in the next generation, this is especially for you.
