Closed out and sold this Oak Lawn duplex today.

In the real estate game, we love holding properties as long term plays but sometimes it’s good to let some go for a solid return.

Another reason is to utilize that capital for other opportunities. There is something in the works we have been working on for this past year that we CANNOT wait to share the details with you on.
