With inventory up across North Texas and buyers having more options to choose from, that first week is your best shot at capturing the serious interest before you're competing with the next round of new listings.

Here’s the reality for a Dallas/Collin County seller today:
Buyers are being picky. In those first 7 days, your home is competing to be one of the 3 or 4 they actually decide to tour over the weekend.
