Brian Miller Residential, Commercial, Apartments, Highrises, Condos, Townhomes, New Home Builders, Property Management, HUD, Foreclosures, Short-sales, International

Originally born from the beautiful city of San Francisco, California, my family moved due to the Tech Boom of the early 80's to Big "D" Dallas, Texas. My home was in Plano, Texas until I joined the Navy, but after completing my obligation for for the USA, I decided to get into Real Estate since both my parents have worked for major corporations all my life which gave me the tools for understanding

how important customer service is in any field of business. My business in Real Estate is somewhat similar to my teachings in the military, touch every job that has to do with your field. So I made it my task in understanding every aspect of Real Estate so I had the knowledge to educate my client in the best decision in both residential and commercial needs. I have had the pleasure of working with many people in giving me the knowledge that helps guide me today in these fields:

Residential (Sales, Purchase, Leases)
Commercial (Freestanding and Developments Sales, Purchases, and Leases)
Apartments (Leases in Uptown/Downtown and Suburbs)
Highrises, Condos, and Townhomes (Sales, Purchases, and Leases)
International Real Estate in Vacation and Retirement Living (Mexico, Costa Rica, & Spain)
New Home Builders
Property Management (Residential)
HUD, Foreclosures, and Short Sales (REO's)
Mortgages (Subprime and A-Paper)

Finally, the most important aspect of all this is that I can communicate in both the American and Latin cultures since I am bilingual. My mother made it a point in my life to learn Spanish when I was very young and immersed myself into the Spanish culture and lived with a family that didn't speak a word of English when I was 10 years old for an entire year. To this day, my Spanish skills have made me an important individual to associate with cultures outside of the United States in both Spain (while in the Navy) and Latin America. I studied Global Business in school, so understanding the cultures when purchasing outside of the U.S. is essential. This is why I live by my motto: Your goal is my mission. I look forward to working with you in attaining your residential and/or commercial goals.

Interest rates on mortgages are still LOW as we enter 2021! πŸ‘‡

If you've thinking of making a move yourself, there are benefits for both buyers AND sellers! 🏑πŸ’ͺ

πŸ”‘ Buyers: Low-interest rates can give you more purchasing power during your home search and increase affordability. Once you find your dream home, locking in a low interest rate can help lower your mortgage payment AND help you save on the amount of interest you pay over the life of your loan.

🏑 Sellers: Buyers are extremely motivated by low-interest rates, making buyer demand HIGH and inventory LOW! This combination of high demand and low supply puts you in a great position as a seller. There are many buyers who may be looking for a home just like yours.

If you're open to discussing your housing plans for 2021, call or message to talk more! πŸ“²

Thinking of selling? 🏑

With so many buyers touring homes virtually nowadays, it is especially important to give your home scroll-stopping virtual appeal. The goal is to make your home look clean, spacious and inviting to potential buyers. ✨

Use these staging tips to help your home stand out online: 🀩πŸ–₯

1. Let in the light! Good lighting goes a long way, so clean your windows, open your blinds and switch on all lights. πŸ’‘

2. Add life and vibrancy to your rooms with green houseplants. Bonus tip: houseplants can help give a room a sense of scale in online photos. 🌱

3. Clear all countertops. Clutter-free counters can help your kitchen and bathrooms look more spacious.

4. Polish floors and stainless steel appliances to get them photo-ready. ✨

5. Clear away everyday items such as shoes near the door, remotes, pet bowls, toys and paperwork. πŸ“š

6. Make sure all outdoor areas are neat and tidy. Rake leaves, clear the walkway and driveway, tidy the porch and set out pots of seasonal flowers. πŸ‚

If you are preparing to purchase a home in 2021, I'm here to help! 🀝

One of the first steps as a home buyer is to meet with a lender. A lender will help you find out what kind of home loans you are eligible for, what your monthly payments could look like and what your purchasing power is. This way, you'll know what type of home to look for when you start your search. 🏑

After reviewing your credit report, income, assets and employment history, a lender may pre-approve your for a home loan. βœ…

Mortgage rates have been historically low, so buyer demand is HIGH right now. Having a pre-approval letter can show sellers that you're serious about purchasing and can give you a competitive edge over the many buyers today's market. πŸ’ͺ

2021 New Year's Resolutions: Home Edition! 🏑

Resolution: Get & stay organized πŸ—„πŸ§Ί

πŸ‘‰ A great way to get and stay organized is go through each room and designate a specific home for each of your items. This helps to eliminate "catch-all" surfaces, junk drawers and unorganized closets. At the end of the day, it's easy to do a quick clean up if everything has a designated place to go.

πŸ‘‰ If your home doesn't have enough built in storage, there are MANY storage options out there. Shelves, baskets, cabinets and standing storage units can be aesthetically pleasing while keeping your home clutter-free. πŸ™Œ
