Meet Nicole!

Before joining CBT Real Estate Services team in 2020, Nicole was a Legal Assistant/Paralegal for 10 years in Arizona. In 2018, Nicole began to transition toward a career in real estate. She obtained her real estate license in Arizona and joined a team as their transaction coordinator. After relocating to Texas with her husband, Nicole decided to obtain her real estate license in Texas and continue working as a transaction coordinator.

Nicole graduated with a degree in Criminology and Political Science from Northern Arizona University. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, friends and family.

With over 17 years of experience as a Paralegal and 10+ as an Administrative Assistant, Carolyn has transferred her aptitude for law into a real estate career. Carolyn made the transition from paralegal to real estate in 2015. Utilizing her extensive knowledge and advanced proficiency in document preparation, client relations and administrative support activities to positively contribute to the efficiency of the real estate experience.

A transaction coordinator, or TC, is someone who assists a real estate agent by performing the duties required during each stage of a
transaction from contract to closing. A TC will
keep every little detail in check so nothing falls through the cracks. It will be insane how on top of everything you are!
