Hyatt Appraisal Company is hiring for an Executive Assistant / Office Admin.
Hyatt Appraisal Company is a growing Residential Appraisal Firm in North Dallas looking to add the right person to our team. This person will play an integral role in providing overall office support as we continue to grow quickly. The candidate must be very organized, detailed and adept to balancing multiple tasks. This position requires the candidate to work independently with consideration of deadlines and time sensitivities while remaining accurate and thorough. The candidate must be a good communicator, both oral and written.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the President of the company
Managing the small office, answering phones, managing general company emails, as well as the Presidents
Maintenance of office including light cleaning/managing supplies/updating client lists/maintenance of office protocols, basic assignment research and data collection, and any additional tasks in the best interest of the office
Managing multiple schedules for the appraiser staff and President
Managing project workflow including:
Entry/assignment/tracking of work orders
Communicating with staff daily of workload
Updating clients daily with status and expectations
Light bookkeeping / Assistance in accounts receivables
Preferred Experience:
Real Estate office experience (Sales/Appraisal/Title/Mortgage)
Scheduling Experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Quickbooks Experience
Customer Service Experience
Social Media Experience
Data Entry Experience
ANOW experience a plus but not required
This person will report directly to the President.
