In Stage 2 of the Buying Process, we transition from house hunters to negotiators. Here is exactly how we protect your pockets before we cross the finish line:

📊 The Receipts (CMA): Before we even submit an offer, I run a Comparative Market Analysis. We look at the actual data of what has sold nearby to ensure we aren’t overpaying by even a dollar.

🛡️ The Security Deposit (Earnest Money): This is your "Good Faith" deposit—typically around 1% of the purchase price—showing the seller you mean business.
