It's going to get cold/freezing temps (if you have not already heard) so make sure your exterior water faucets are covered (you can wrap a towel around them), disconnect the exterior water hoses, protect your plants (bring them in if you can), keep the sink cabinets open to allow warm air access, and keep those dogs and cats indoors! Welcome to TX.

After 25 yrs in the business, I have seen the highs and lows of this business and I have read of several Home Inspectors getting out of it due to the market is "not as hot as it was the past couple of years". I will ride this wave out too and hope when you or family or friends are buying a house, you will send them my way. I will be "outstanding in my field"!
