Shermin, pronounced as Sure-Meen, was born in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University (Go Red Raiders!) obtaining her Bachelors in Retail Merchandising with a minor in Marketing. Shermin has a background in commercial real estate by working with her father on various business transactions earning the company a spot in the top 5 of the Dallas 100's Fastest Growing Businesses. erving on the Board of a non profit organization alongside with Rogers Healy, she was eager to learn and develop her experiences and put her proficient negotiation skills to use. She has a passion and motivation in helping others find their place to call "home" and will leave you feeling fulfilled and reassured you made the right decision to work with her! After a long day of work, Shermin takes pleasure in spending time with her husband, 9 year old daughter, and 3.5 year old twin boy and girl watching movies and enjoying the warm Texas weather.
