- The “take it or leave it” era is over - Nationally, 44% of sellers made concessions to buyers in 2025. I’m seeing the same thing locally: sellers offer repair credits, support with closing costs and timeline flexibility.

- Buyers have more options right now with inventory increasing.

- Home sales are set to rebound in 2026 up to 14% this year as inventory rises and mortgage rates ease slightly. (Source: NAR December 2025)
