Okay, so maybe ‘Just’ is not quite right based on this post, but I loved seeing my buyers find this gem of a home in Wylie! 😍

The house buying process can be very emotional and a little tough at times because you never get 100% of your wish list, ya know? Our goal was to find the one with the highest percentage of ✅ check boxes on the wishlist…and this was the one they kept coming back to. They navigated this transaction so well & the seller was a DREAM. ✨ I can’t wait to see all of the memories they will make with their family here!

It’s been a busy season with real estate, hence re-posting this like a month late. 🙈 I am so proud to be on the board with these two amazing ladies! 🎉 Fun fact: I taught Jessica’s daughter & then I joined her brokerage and she ended up being my awesome RE mentor my rookie year!

It has taken me over a month to post my closing because this transaction kind of gave my client and me PTSD. 😂🥴 Lightheartedly saying that but kinda fr. Though the troubles were out of our hands, we all (including his awesome Lender ) got it done and closed on Good Friday in this boujee Dallas title company! 🎉🍾

I’m not being dramatic when I say that watching my buyer handle all the ups, downs, pivots, and pitfalls has made me a better person. He navigated the fun and the freaking ridiculous with grace, Faith, and gratitude like no other I’ve seen. I’m so happy he’s now enjoying his and I’m thankful to call him friend! 💖

I pretty much only work with people I know or referrals from my wonderful friends & clients. Because of that, sometimes it can be a little nervy because you want to do right by your besties and their people.

I can safely say my last 4 transactions have been a mix of joy, nail biting, negotiation, constant communication, strong advocacy, and lots of laughs along the way. Real estate can be stressful at times, but my main job is to stay on top of the details & shoulder that burden so you can buy or sell your Own Sweet Home with as much ease as possible. Happy to say we did it again and here's a little love, straight from my client's mouth! 🤩

They also know I'm a whiskey (and coffee) drinker and got one of my favorites as a gift. This is definitely one of those 'double closing' deals that deserves a little dram! 🥃

Sometimes I get so busy with the ‘people’ & ’doing’ part of life, that I forget to slow down for the ‘celebration’ & ’being’ part! ✨

Was absolutely thrilled and honored to help one of my close friends sell her house at the beginning of the summer and buy her new ‘own sweet home’ at the end of summer.

This market has been really tricky with a lot of unknowns, but we were able to navigate all the logistics to create a lot of win-win in both transactions. I have more to say about this, but I’ll save that for another post. 💅🏼🥃
