I pretty much only work with people I know or referrals from my wonderful friends & clients. Because of that, sometimes it can be a little nervy because you want to do right by your besties and their people.

I can safely say my last 4 transactions have been a mix of joy, nail biting, negotiation, constant communication, strong advocacy, and lots of laughs along the way. Real estate can be stressful at times, but my main job is to stay on top of the details & shoulder that burden so you can buy or sell your Own Sweet Home with as much ease as possible. Happy to say we did it again and here's a little love, straight from my client's mouth! 🤩

They also know I'm a whiskey (and coffee) drinker and got one of my favorites as a gift. This is definitely one of those 'double closing' deals that deserves a little dram! 🥃

Sometimes I get so busy with the ‘people’ & ’doing’ part of life, that I forget to slow down for the ‘celebration’ & ’being’ part! ✨

Was absolutely thrilled and honored to help one of my close friends sell her house at the beginning of the summer and buy her new ‘own sweet home’ at the end of summer.

This market has been really tricky with a lot of unknowns, but we were able to navigate all the logistics to create a lot of win-win in both transactions. I have more to say about this, but I’ll save that for another post. 💅🏼🥃

A not-so-fun fact: I almost quit real estate last year after the NAR lawsuit shenanigans and then working with an abusive client. I’m so glad I didn’t quit.

Confession time: sitting here, listening to storms (my fave!) and realizing how neglected all of my social media platforms are. 🙈 I have big dreams & many words (so many!) but don’t speak them out much in public places.

I’d love to say it’s because I’m not online ever, but that would be a lie. I check socials just about every.single.day and think about what I’d like to post regularly, but never seem to pull the trigger as often as I plan.

People who know me, know that I try to enjoy my life to the fullest, so one friend even thought I was hiding posts from her because of how infrequently they show up. Oof.

Sometimes I just get busy working, laughing & then lounging and forget to post. And sometimes I psych myself out, thinking no one wants to hear what I have to say in a sea of reels and random stories…but then I realize that I care what YOU have to say, so why wouldn’t it work the other way around?

Thanks for loving me just as I am, friends. 💖 Just know how much I enjoy seeing your families, praying for your requests, hearing your thoughts, and celebrating your successes. I hope to give more of a window into mine.
