Sometimes people know they need to sell their house, but the time just isn't quite right. I met Kaydee and Henry 2 years ago when they 1st wanted to sell their house, but we never finished the process because they had no where to move to. This week they were finally ready we got it all done for them. We will never force you out of your house just so we can buy it, we are flexible and work with our sellers to make sure their needs are met first.

Great people in a lousy situation. I knocked on their door because the house was scheduled for auction and they had no idea! Their private lender hadn’t told them he was foreclosing. My visit prompted them to make some calls and ended with them selling the house to me 2 days before the auction. We got all of this done in less than two weeks and helped these wonderful people out.

Stopped Becky’s auction, helped her stay in the house for 3 extra months, tracked down lost heirs, paid off her past due mortgage balance, took over her mortgage payments AND gave her more cash than she asked for in her pocket. Closed yesterday, it was a good day!

Call prospects about selling a property they own. Assess needs and goals of prospects and decide if our services are a good fit for their situation. Must be comfortable talking on the phone to new people. Training provided. Target hours are 3-7 CST.
