Today we were appraising in the Grandview, TX area! 🏡
Did you know… Grandview has a population of just over 2,000 and is located in Johnson County, right at the intersection of I-35 and Hwy 81. The school mascot is the Zebras 🦓—one of the most unique in Texas!

Grandview was founded in 1850, and most of the town was rebuilt after a devastating fire in 1920. The town reportedly got its name when someone looked around and said, “This is a grand view.” 🌄

It’s also a special place for us—Shannon lived in Grandview when her dad coached there many years ago. 💜

Fun fact: Grandview is the hometown of world-renowned pianist Van Cliburn and legendary country singer Charley Pride! 🎶
