Realtors, if your listing is occupied, make sure the inspector has full access to the crawlspace, attic opening, and electrical panels. Often, these are in closets full of clothes or garages where they are partially covered by boxes or equipment. If the inspector can't easily get to these, it slows the inspection or, in some cases, means some things aren't checked that day.
