PHASE 1: PRE-PUNCH PREPARATION
Before a home can move into the punch process, the construction dust must be brought under control.
That is the primary objective of Phase 1: a systematic, whole-home removal of accumulated construction dust, debris, and heavy buildup—creating a cleaner environment and preventing those contaminants from continuing to circulate, resettle, and conceal the condition of the work.
This phase also includes removing existing floor and door protection, stripping plastic film and labels from the windows, and clearing remaining construction materials that interfere with a proper inspection.
This isn’t the final presentation clean. It’s the heavy reset that gives the builder a clear, controlled baseline for the punch process and prepares the home for every phase that follows.
Phase 1 removes the construction. The final phases define the finish.
