Before you automatically sign another 12-month lease, find out what buying could actually look like for you.

Not what TikTok says you can afford.
Not what your friend paid.
Your numbers.

Start by asking these 3 questions :
What monthly housing payment would actually be comfortable for you?
How much do you currently have available for a home purchase?
What would a lender qualify you for based on your income, credit and debts?
What home ownership grants are available to you based on your income and location?

And here’s the important part:
Finding out you’re not ready to buy isn’t a failure.

If you need six months to prepare, now you have a plan.
But don’t renew your lease simply because you assumed homeownership wasn’t possible.

💰 What can I comfortably afford?
🏡 New construction or resale?
📈 Will this home make sense for me 3–5 years from now?
🚩 What am I NOT thinking to ask?
