I always strive to keep you informed about the real estate market! While I’m a REALTOR®, not a lender, staying up to date on market trends is essential.

Recently, I’ve been a bit absent from real estate due to family health matters. As I was researching interest rates, I found something interesting—when I pulled up a template from November, the rates were very similar to what they are today. While rates fluctuate, they haven’t changed drastically over the past several months.

My advice? Don’t wait for rates to hit a specific number. Instead, work with a knowledgeable REALTOR® and a great lender to explore creative financing solutions. Whether it’s negotiating seller concessions, buying down the rate, or structuring your offer strategically, there are ways to make homeownership work for you now.
